You will engage with RMs, PMs, clients, and internal partners to ensure thorough financial analysis and compliance with Bank policies. This role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration within a growing CRE portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience.
• 1–2 years of banking or finance experience.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMs and PMs with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied CRE loans.
• Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal partners.
• Ongoing portfolio management including reporting, covenant monitoring, annual reviews, risk rating changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and credit requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects for the portfolio.
• Other projects as assigned.
