• Prepare credit write-ups.
• Prepare loan extension and amendment write-ups.
• Review title reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to travel by car up to 10%.

Compensation:

$73,000 - $80,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Experience in commercial loan underwriting
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and commercial real estate lending
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, reviewing professional third-party reports such as appraisals and environmental reports, and conducting site inspections
• Prepare credit write-ups
