Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations for our growing concrete division. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of concrete projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to plans and budgets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete construction experience, strong field leadership, and proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Strong field leadership and ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and quality-control practices.
• Familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth construction market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from layout to curing.
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower, and daily production goals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align field ops with timelines and budgets.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors; ensure productivity and safety.
• Interface with inspectors, general contractors, engineers, and clients; communicate progress and issues.
