Qualifications

• Experience leading paving crews and field operations.

• Willingness to travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt paving operations from mobilization to project completion.
• Plan production schedules and allocate manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to align on schedules and budgets.
• Uphold safety, quality, and productivity on all sites.
• Lead Foremen, operators, and subcontractors providing direction.
