Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent to plan and coordinate all concrete construction activities on commercial/industrial sites. You will supervise field crews, ensure on-time delivery, and monitor budget adherence while maintaining CSI safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in concrete construction (tilt-up preferred), strong coordination with operations and project management, and the ability to communicate with on-site labor

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Strong relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
• On site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence in manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure planning and harmony of work.
• Ensure quality and budget maintenance in concrete construction processes.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Capture/report time for field manpower.
• Monitor productivity and identify delays, providing solutions.
