Job summary

STRUCTURAL, the leading open‑shop contracting unit of Structural Group, seeks a Construction Superintendent in Dallas, TX. You will manage field leaders and foremen across concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects, coordinating crews and resources to deliver quality results.

You will drive pre-project planning, ensure safety compliance, mentor crew members, and interface with project managers to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field crews and foremen on multiple projects.
• Strong planning and pre-task coordination skills.
• Commitment to safety and 24/7 safety culture.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and foremen to deliver concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and strengthening projects.
• Plan pre-project and pre-task activities and disseminate details to crews.
• Ensure safe, productive use of tools and equipment; provide training as needed.
• Review plans, schedules, and production targets; adjust resource allocation accordingly.
• Interview and hire field staff and monitor performance across multiple projects.
