Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving is expanding into the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas market and seeks an experienced Paving Superintendent to lead field operations and support growth of our paving division.

The successful candidate will oversee asphalt paving from mobilization to closeout, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, and coordinate with project managers across multiple active sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience required.
• Proven ability to lead paving crews and manage multiple active sites.
• Strong plan-reading, scheduling, and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt paving operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and equipment; ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align field work with schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards on all job sites.
• Represent the company with clients and partners in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
