iHeartMedia in Dallas, TX is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our local sales organization and drive revenue growth across the market. You will set the sales strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and translate business priorities into action.

You will own market revenue performance, build strong client relationships, recruit and coach Account Executives, and ensure accountability and results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager in media industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability; can coach others in sales practices.
• Deep understanding of local markets, customers, and competitors to drive sales.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage local Account Executives with goal of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Oversee advertising sales activities and ensure target revenues are met.
• Drive results through others and coach team against business metrics.
• Translate market strategies into actions to generate sales and revenue.
• Direct sales activities to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Set sales goals and prepare budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Attend to resource allocation and oversee inventory for profitable sales.
• Recruit, hire and train Account Executives; conduct in-field coaching.
