Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train and develop team members.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant timely with carefully selected team.
• Ensure safe, clean and compliant restaurant environment.
• Develop and implement shift leader development plans.
• Create staff schedules considering sales, payroll, and overtime.
• Analyze budget, costs, and drive labor and food cost control.
• Set aggressive goals to drive key business metrics.
