Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage, train, develop and motivate a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
