Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID seeks a Vat/EFV Operator II to operate and maintain the vat process, monitor milk, mix ingredients, and log process data. You will ensure starter inject connections and run the process per SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and documented procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years in a food service or sanitation environment, plus strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in a food service, food plant or sanitation environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow documented procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the vat process and monitor milk mixtures.
• Ensure starter inject connections and start process as directed.
• Log variables, sample ingredients and maintain records.
• Monitor vats filling, mix ingredients and adjust as needed.
• Follow GLP, SOP, GMP, HACCP requirements and maintain accuracy.
