Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID seeks a Vat/EFV Operator II to operate and maintain the vat process, monitor milk, mix ingredients, and log process data. You will ensure starter inject connections and run the process per SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and documented procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years in a food service or sanitation environment, plus strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

The Vat/EFV Operator II is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the vat process. * Ensure that all connections for starter inject are made and acknowledge process start button.* Operate and monitor the combination of pasteurized and standardized milk with cultures and other ingredients.* Monitor the vats filling with milk.
