Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience necessary; in-house training provided.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate starter room equipment and monitor process.
• Sanitize, maintain, and monitor starter, vat pasteurization, media prep and related equipment.
• Record all required information on make sheets and charts; ensure quality compliance.
• Perform starter activity tests and monitor phage results; rotate cultures as needed.
