Job summary

Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented trainer to lead On-The-Job training verification across production departments. You will maintain training records, schedule sessions with Supervisors, and reassess procedures to ensure training programs remain effective and compliant with SOPs and GMPs.

You will mentor new hires, update SOPs with department managers, coordinate rollout of new procedures, and collaborate with Supervisors, HR, Safety and Quality to ensure

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• General computer and office skills; Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet.
• Experience with training verification across departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify On-The-Job training across multiple departments.
• Maintain training records and ensure completion of required training.
• Schedule training sessions with Supervisors and Managers.
• Reassess training procedures to evaluate effectiveness.
• Mentor new hires and ensure understanding of SOPs and GMPs.
• Update SOPs with Department Managers to reflect process changes.
• Coordinate rollout of new procedures and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, HR, Safety and Quality on training progress and improvements.
