Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee the end-to-end dairy processing operations, including receiving, processing, and packaging. The role involves enforcing safety procedures, managing budgets, training staff, and maintaining quality across production lines.

You will ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications while driving continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years in a leadership role.
• Leadership, team development, coaching, and/or teaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operation of product receiving, separators, membrane filtration, pasteurization, drying, warehouse, and packaging.
• Monitor product specifications to ensure goals are met.
• Identify and resolve process and equipment problems to maintain productivity and quality.
• Train new personnel in equipment operation and related functions.
