Job summary

This role coordinates on-the-job training, maintains records, and partners with Supervisors, HR, Safety, and Quality to ensure the right training is provided.

As part of the team, you will mentor new hires, update SOPs, and help drive efficiency and quality across multiple departments within a large dairy operation in Texas.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• General computer and office usage skills – especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• On-The-Job training verification across multiple departments.
• Maintain detailed training records and ensure completion of required training.
• Schedule employee training with Supervisors and Managers.
• Reassess training procedures and evaluate effectiveness.
• Mentor new hires and ensure SOPs and GMPs understood.
• Update SOPs with Department Managers for changes.
• Coordinate new procedure rollouts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operators, Supervisors and Managers to draft documents.
• Communicate training progress to Supervisors and Managers.
• Provide training reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Work with HR, Safety and Quality to ensure correct training.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in efficiency efforts.
• Member of Food Safety and Food Quality Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
