Job summary

smaXtec seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to expand our US social media, newsletters, and content with a focus on storytelling and lead generation. You will coordinate photo/video shoots on-farm, manage influencer partnerships, and align with global brand goals across major platforms.

You will produce platform-optimized content, own website and blog material, and work with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of social media experience in the dairy sector.
• Proficient with social tools for scheduling, analytics and visuals (Meta, Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling with content creation experience (photo/video).
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• High self-motivation and energy to achieve goals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US social media presence aligned with global brand goals on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create and optimize smaXtec newsletter including planning, segmentation and performance analysis.
• Own website content including landing pages, blog, customer stories and product info.
• Produce platform-optimized content (visual/video/written) to drive engagement and leads.
• Coordinate social photo/video shoots on-farm with customers and team.
• Plan and run paid campaigns focused on lead generation with our agency.
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand objectives.
• Build online communities with meaningful conversations and social listening.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, support, sales.
• Monitor and report on organic and paid performance; translate insights into actions.
