Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Frequent lifting up to 40 lb is required.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift with bending, twisting, gripping, lifting and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Meet efficiency budgets while maintaining high quality.
• Operate shredder machinery to shred cheese efficiently.
• Monitor shredding speed and quality standards.
• Follow SOPs for reworking/recooking cheese and food safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain production records of reworked/recorked materials and quality issues.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Take corrective action for any product not meeting specifications.
• Support continual process improvement and audits for ISO22000/ISO9001/HACCP.
