Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a quality control laboratory technician to sample and test raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished dairy products. The role requires strict adherence to protocols and accurate data entry.

You will perform microbiological sampling, calibrate equipment, and maintain QC records while supporting audits and regulatory requirements. Starting pay is $21.79 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must have strong math skills and ability to document results accurately.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office; able to email, copy and scan.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret analytical results and communicate findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and work history.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples and perform analytical testing of ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
• Perform microbiological sampling and testing of dairy products.
• Maintain QC records and complete testing documentation accurately.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and prepare stock solutions.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
