Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform analytical testing of raw ingredients and finished dairy products. The role emphasizes strict adherence to QA/QC processes, data entry, and sensorily accurate documentation in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will collaborate with production, QA, and auditing teams, calibrate lab equipment, and support certifications and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe, compliant 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's Degree in Food or Dairy Science preferred.
• Experience with food quality specifications and strict protocol adherence preferred.
• Ability to pass regulatory certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples and perform analytical testing of ingredients and finished goods per guidelines.
• Identify out-of-spec results and communicate per protocol.
• Maintain QC records and enter data accurately into systems.
• Calibrate lab equipment and support audits and recalls where needed.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and support quality control across the facility.
