Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) seeks a laboratory supervisor to oversee QC testing and environmental sampling at its Blair, Wisconsin facility.

You will ensure compliance with FSMA, SQF and PCQI programs, run SOP-based tests on finished products and ingredients, and mentor lab staff to maintain high quality and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma with 3–5 years lab or 5 years food manufacturing experience, or a bachelor’s degree, with strong attention to detail and

Formación

• High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years laboratory experience or High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years food manufacturing experience or Bachelor’s Degree
• Associates or better in Biology preferred

Responsabilidades

• Test finished products according to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise laboratory activities to ensure high quality and compliance.
• Maintain and organize laboratory records and files.
• Ensure compliance with SQF and AMPI requirements.
• Support FSMA, PCQI, and SQF food safety systems.
• Investigate quality issues and help implement corrective actions.

Educación
