Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Advanced quality/food safety training is a plus.
• Strong math skills and ability to operate equipment controls.
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rest breaks, meal periods and day off relief for team members in filling and packaging positions.
• Operate production filling and packaging equipment and related systems.
• Set up, operate and replenish fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.
• Follow SOPs and document production records accurately.
• Perform quality checks on seals and packaging integrity.
