Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate five HCV vats and monitor cheese production, adjusting recipes per schedule.
• Record ingredient amounts used in SAP and on make sheets; ensure accurate data.
• Monitor milk standardization and inventory; report discrepancies.
• Maintain sanitation; perform CIP and clean equipment.
• Communicate with pasteurizer and whey plant operators regarding product usage.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines to ensure sanitary production.
