Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on production operator to run five HCV vats, adjust recipes to daily schedules, monitor milk standardization, and verify set firmness.

You’ll log ingredient usage in Excel and SAP, communicate with pasteurizer and EFV operators, ensure proper make-sheet documentation, follow GMP and sanitation procedures, and contribute to a safe, quality-focused team. Starting pay is $26.76 per hour for the D shift (6p–6a), with development opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.
• Basic math skills for measurements and weight.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and food-safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate five HCV vats and adjust recipes per schedule.
• Monitor milk standardization and adjust specifications.
• Check firmness and adjust timing for cut and rennet.
• Record ingredient usage in make schedules on Excel and SAP.
• Communicate with pasteurizer and EFV operators; coordinate whey ops.
• Maintain proper make-sheet documentation and CIP cleanliness.
