Responsibilities

• Achieve goals in production, safety, quality, performance and cost.
• Notify mechanics about malfunctions and assist in resolving issues.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, and plant policies.
• Operate forklift and line equipment; train on fillers, milk receiving, batching, and palletizing.
• Gain competence in line circuits and proper hookups.
• Cover breaks and lunches as assigned by supervisor/lead.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and report concerns.
• Support SQF by maintaining food safety and quality.
• Keep work areas sanitary and orderly and communicate across shifts.
