HP Hood is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the full shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead daily operations, coordinate production and sanitation, and manage staff to meet goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in a dairy manufacturing environment, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred at some facilities.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Dairy Manufacturing environment, may require 3 years supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and cleaning to meet business objectives.
• Maximize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Lead department staff: scheduling, training, coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, Safety, Quality and regulatory compliance.
