Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in the absence of the Shift Supervisor.

• Maintain safety, GMP compliance, and incident documentation.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote department safety and participate in investigations as needed.
• Understand tasks across the department and help meet daily goals.
• Show flexibility to adjust shifts based on production needs.
