Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Must have solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist coagulator and filler operations in sanitation and clean-up process.
• Clean up and tear down equipment including pumps, plates, valves, tanks, coagulator tools, de-wheyer, filler, and tracking.
• Operate CIP & COP system.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in working areas and master sanitation schedules.
