Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production team member to support our dairy processing operations. You will follow GMPs, operate equipment, monitor conditions, collect samples, and help maintain an audit-ready sanitation program, ensuring product quality and on-time shipments.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform hourly checks, document results, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships and influence through strong customer orientation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and batch records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs.
• Run hourly checks on production parameters.
• Organize and secure materials for shipping.
• Maintain sampler processes and analyze product quality.
• Maintain sanitation and audit readiness.
• Record process results at defined times.
• Attend safety and departmental meetings.
• Communicate with operators and team members.
• Assist others and perform duties as requested.
