Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required.
• Understanding of SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, GMP, SOP, and 5S concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (gable-top carton filling/packaging).
• Follow SOPs in detail with consistent accuracy.
• Collect samples and perform routine quality checks for leak and seal integrity.
• Set up cartons and packaging coders per production schedule.
• Document production records neatly and accurately.
