HP Hood is seeking an operations leader to manage all activities related to the development and execution of company products at our Portland, Maine facility. You will guide manufacturing plans, cost controls, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 7x24 operations leadership with strong collaboration across departments and suppliers, along with experience in budgeting and process improvement in a dairy setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a high-volume dairy environment.
• Strong budgeting and planning capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functions and suppliers to optimize production.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans including labor, cycle times, costs, and output.
• Contributes to product strategy and R&D of new products.
• Establishes production and quality standards, budgets, and cost controls.
