Responsibilities

Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans including labor hours, cycle, production costs, and delivery dates.
Provides input to product strategy and R&D of new and emerging products.
Establishes production and quality control standards, budgets and cost controls.
Guides the development of manufacturing process plans including personnel, materials, subcontractors, facility needs.
Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met and coordinates with other functions and suppliers to optimize production.
