• Implement efficiency, sustainability, and profitability projects.
• Serve as technical resource for manufacturing and support.
• Help solve product-process challenges.
• Support large capital projects and trials.
• Pilot new ingredients and products.
• Develop processes and measure capabilities.
• Investigate material handling and new tech to improve efficiency.
• Document changes in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Participate in management of changes.
• Travel as needed for business.
