State of South Carolina dairy processing role seeks an operator for all fluid processing and ice cream manufacturing, including a regulated milk testing lab. You will work under the Dairy Processing Manager and handle production from inventory to shipment.

The role requires compliance with SCDHEC and FDA/USDA guidelines, with extended hours during peak seasons or emergencies as needed. The Agriculture Division regards this position as essential.

Responsabilités

• Under limited supervision of the Dairy Processing Manager.
• Operation of all fluid processing and ice cream manufacturing including operation of a regulated milk testing laboratory.
• Responsibilities include inventory, processing, record keeping, storage and shipment of all production including surplus raw milk products.
• Compliance with all state (SCDHEC) and federal (FDA & USDA) regulatory guidelines.
• Position requires extended work hours during peak seasons and/or during emergencies to include agriculture division dairy and other operations.
• Agriculture Division Director has deemed position essential and must be manned during any and all state or agency emergencies.
