California Dairies, Inc. seeks a Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of separators, evaporators, churns and dryers, including running equipment, cleaning, and required paperwork to maintain a clean, compliant facility.

The role involves supervising staff, enforcing GMP/HACCP, safety policies, and ensuring training and inspections are up to date. Bask in a fast-paced dairy environment with strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and be persistent until a solution is found.
• Must work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures including use of safety equipment.
• College level verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, team development, coaching, and/or teaching experience.
• Basic computational skills required and simple math reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of plant equipment and processes (separators, evaporators, HTSTs, dryers, butter processing).
• Supervise, schedule, mentor, and direct the workforce in area of responsibility.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, safety policies and ensure inspection readiness.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper recording and reporting of product and process data.
• Complete and submit training reviews for all assigned employees.
