Job summary

Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC seeks a Plant Leader to oversee the butter department’s daily operations and production scheduling. You will participate in quality and sanitation programs, review CIP records, and collaborate with plant management to ensure safe, efficient and compliant production.

The role requires leadership experience in a dairy or food manufacturing facility, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide a team and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Dairy or Food Science with strong leadership experience in a plant.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and production schedule of the butter department.
• Perform plant quality reviews and audits with Plant Manager.
• Review CIP records and manage safety and sanitation.
• Monitor overtime, train employees, and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll approval for plant staff.
