Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in food or dairy manufacturing preferred.
• Basic understanding of QA/QC and HACCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate gable-top carton filling and packaging equipment safely.
• Follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Collect product samples and perform routine seal integrity tests.
• Set up cartons and packaging coders per production schedule.
• Document production records clearly and accurately.
• Perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, and cleaning.
• Operate lift truck safely and efficiently.
• Support audits and comply with GMP/food safety requirements.
• Rotate with other departments as needed and maintain housekeeping.
