Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is hiring for a production role at our 24/7 dairy facility. You will operate gable-top filling and packaging lines, follow SOPs precisely, collect QA samples, and ensure codes and packaging meet specifications.

Must have a high school diploma and at least two years in food manufacturing. Lift truck certification is required or must be obtained. Strong math, communication, and attendance are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy preferred.
• Familiarity with SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, SOP, GMP and related terms preferred.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Strong math and measurement skills are essential.
• Reliable attendance and good safety record required.

Responsibilities

• Operate gable-top carton filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Collect product samples and perform dye inspections for QA integrity.
• Set up packaging cartons, coders, and verify codes per specifications.
• Document production records accurately and neatly.
• Perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, cleaning, and setup.
