Job summary

fairlife, LLC is hiring a System Operator for our Dexter, NM plant. You will be responsible for operating separators and membrane systems, sampling and testing products, recording data, and ensuring GMPs and sanitation standards are followed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a teamwork approach in a fast-paced dairy environment. Experience with dairy processing, CIP procedures, and the ability to work in loud production settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes to maintain efficiencies.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and company guidelines for compliance.
• Must communicate effectively to support safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate Separators & Membrane Systems and sample/test products per SOPs.
• Document all process steps, CIP logs and checklists.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain production efficiencies.
• Sanitize equipment and maintain CIP systems as required.
• Support lab, production and maintenance as needed.
