Job summary

fairlife, LLC is hiring a Membrane & Separator Operator in Dexter, NM. You will be part of the production team, ensuring proper operation of separators and membrane systems, with emphasis on quality and safety. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate separators and membrane systems, ensure proper processing and testing per SOPs and schedules.
• Recordkeeping of process data, CIP, logs and checklists.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain product efficiencies.
• Sanitation and cleaning of equipment; maintain CIP systems as needed.
• Oversee production, storage, batching and agitation of milk in silos.
• Assist Lab, Production and Maintenance teams as needed; follow supervisor directions.
• Comply with NMDA, USDA, FDA or other regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
