Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Packaging Operator to set up, change over, operate, and assist with labeling, case packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment on the production line. You will feed materials, monitor quality, and maintain the line in audit-ready condition.

The role requires GMP compliance, safety awareness, and teamwork within a fast-paced dairy environment. Responsibilities include solving minor equipment issues, clearing jams, and assisting with preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic math and reasoning required for daily tasks.
• Ability to safely operate packaging equipment.
• Must possess or obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP rules and production procedures.
• Operate and adjust labeling, case packing, and related packaging equipment.
• Observe quality, troubleshoot jams, and maintain equipment.
• Load materials, inspect finished goods and document results.
• Support line efficiency by clearing jams and assisting with maintenance.
• Train new personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
