Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Membrane & Separator Operator for its Dexter, NM facility to join the production team. You will operate separators and membrane systems, monitor SOPs and product specs, and diligently document CIP activities to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires understanding of milk components, strong communication, GMP adherence, and the ability to train team members under supervision. This is a fast-paced dairy environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in dairy manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA beneficial.
• Ability to read SOPs and follow strict procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate separators and membrane systems per SOPs and product specifications.
• Record process data and CIP documentation using logs and checklists.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain production efficiencies.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning of separators, membranes, tanks and lines.
• Assist lab, production and maintenance staff as needed.
• Comply with NMDA, USDA, FDA or other applicable regulations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
