Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in the dairy sensory or working lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbial and chemical analysis of cheese, milk, whey, butter, sour cream, yogurt, or ice cream.
• Enter data into NAV and occasional correspondence via email.
• Assist with descriptive sensory analysis and write technical briefs.
• Maintain lab records and support standard operating procedures.
• Prioritize tasks and work with staff at all levels.
