Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or related field OR minimum 5 years relevant dairy lab testing.
• Must possess or be able to acquire Limited Samplers and Weigher’s license and Charm Test certification.
• English language proficiency for written and spoken communication.
• Ability to follow GMPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing (moisture, fat, pH, total solids, titratable acidity, salt, etc.).
• Perform bacteriological testing (total plate count, yeast/mold, coliform, etc.).
• Operate automated equipment for testing milk and butter products.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and ensure proper data reporting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage; train new laboratory personnel.
