Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Lab Technician to perform microbial and chemical analysis of dairy products including cheese, milk, yogurt, and ice cream. Responsibilities include data entry into NAV and occasional email correspondence, plus support for sensory analysis and statistics.

1+ year experience in a dairy lab or sensory testing is preferred; strong time management and teamwork are essential for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ experience in the dairy sensory or working lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbial and chemical analysis of cheese, milk, whey, butter, sour cream, yogurt and ice cream.
• Data entry into NAV and occasional email correspondence.
• Assist with descriptive sensory analysis and statistical analysis.
