Job summary

Microlub is seeking a commercially minded ingredient specialist to build our presence in the dairy sector. You’ll connect science with customer needs, turning conversations into trials, partnerships and growth. The role is based at Nexus in Leeds with regular UK travel to customers and partners.

You’ll shape our dairy approach, identify priority customers and open doors with manufacturers, brands and industry partners, owning your pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling ingredients or technical solutions to food manufacturers.
• Understanding ingredient functionality from formulation to commercial production.
• Evidence of creating and converting new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify priority customers across dairy, dairy alternatives and nutrition sectors.
• Develop a clear technical and commercial case for MicroLub’s technology.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through trials, negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Grow existing relationships into repeat business and broader applications.
• Own your pipeline, forecasts and account plans with customer insights.
