The role requires extensive dairy industry experience, strong proposition management, and the ability to drive revenue across international markets, with travel of about 30%. Based in the US or Europe, with remuneration anchored to geographic area and experience.

• Define and own the global commercial growth strategy and revenue performance for the international dairy sector.
• Transform hardware assets, identification systems, precision sensors, and software platforms into a unified, high-value commercial proposition.
• Build high-level trust and strategic relationships across the international dairy industry.
• Build the sales strategy, including product launches, subscription models, and solution-selling tools and guide regional teams to execute it worldwide.
