Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to stock, rotate and maintain product integrity in the dairy and freezer sections. You will support merchandising, inventory management, and food safety standards while delivering excellent service to Members.

The role contributes to keeping the department organized and efficient as part of the perishables team, with emphasis on planograms, cold chain, and accurate signage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dairy and freezer stock per company planograms to ensure visual standards and consistent member experience.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy by monitoring temperature and replenishing items to ensure freshness and availability.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and maintain product quality.
• Conduct quality and date checks; remove damaged or outdated items to uphold safety standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance; clean coolers, freezers, equipment and shelving.
• Support product availability by monitoring dairy and freezer stock levels and restocking as needed.
• Ensure accurate signage and pricing across the dairy/freezer department.
