Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Field Service Specialist for the Industrial Food & Beverage division to support cleaning and sanitizing programs across district accounts. You will work with sales account managers to design and implement effective programs and ensure safe operation of chemicals and equipment.

The role requires evening and weekend flexibility, strong technical problem solving, and a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to solve complex non-routine technical problems
• Strong relationship management skills
• Familiar with industry Solenis technologies or quick to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service visits and testing for safe, effective food safety programs
• Manage CIP/OPC programs and contribute to improvements
• Understand CIP in food, beverage, and dairy plants and develop processes
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends to fit production schedules
• Maintain compliance with safety, OSHA, and customer requirements
• Update databases and generate weekly service reports
• Identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Assist with data analysis on program performance
