Job summary

Solenis is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts - Food and Beverage to join our Industrial business, supporting the Dairy sector across North America. You’ll drive growth by selling our cleaning and sanitation solutions to senior executives and shaping strategic partnerships.

You bring 10–15 years in the food or beverage Dairy industry, a strong technical background, and a track record of engaging and closing deals with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in the food or beverage Dairy industry.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of food plant operations.
• Preferred degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food science.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate food production environments (stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of cleaning and sanitation solutions to national food processing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives at customer organizations.
• Understand complex food industry operations and align Solenis products to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and strategic account planning.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
